Beneath every surface, a structure breathes in silence.
These are its echoes, held in color and form.
Origins & Interconnections
“Beneath everything seen, there is a pulse—slow, patient, and deliberate.
This series follows that rhythm until it turns into light.”
Origins & Interconnections is an exploration of the unseen frameworks that shape the living world. In this body of work, Miranda Moll transforms her background in the natural sciences into a visual language of stillness and connection. The paintings evoke the subtle geometries that underlie existence—the branching of roots and rivers, the repetition of cellular forms, the slow choreography of growth and decay. Each piece suggests an architecture not built by human hands but by the quiet intelligence of life itself.
Through layers of translucent color and shifting organic shapes, Moll translates complexity into calm. Her process is both intuitive and investigative: she follows gestures, lets accidents remain, and allows each painting to evolve like an ecosystem finding its own balance. The result is a collection that feels alive, breathing in rhythm with the natural world. In their softness and restraint, these works invite contemplation, encouraging viewers to look beyond surface and form toward what binds all things together.
At its heart, Origins & Interconnections reflects a reverence for the unseen—for the spaces between data and dream, structure and spirit. Moll’s paintings are meditations on how matter becomes meaning, how patterns repeat and transform, how silence itself can be a kind of design. This series is not a documentation of nature but a conversation with it, a quiet study of the architectures that shape both life and perception.
